By using Gloomhunt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Gloomhunt after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Gloomhunt is operated by Tevrik. Players may play, appear on leaderboards, take Play to Earn hunts, and use a wallet in the app.

Gloomhunt may update, change, suspend, or remove features, hunts, and leaderboards at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gloomhunt.

You may only use Gloomhunt if it is legal for you to do so in your location.

We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or close your account if we believe you are not eligible to use Gloomhunt or your use of Gloomhunt is unlawful.

You may need an account to use some Gloomhunt features.

You agree to provide accurate and current account information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not create fake accounts, use another person’s account, sell accounts, share accounts, or allow another person to use your account.

We may require account, identity, or age verification before allowing access to certain features.

Gloomhunt is provided for personal entertainment and competition.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse any part of Gloomhunt unless we expressly allow it in writing.

You may not use Gloomhunt for unlawful, commercial, abusive, or unauthorised purposes.

Play to Earn hunts are posted on the board. Some are free to enter. Paid hunts show the fee before you start.

Each hunt shows its rules, win conditions, availability, and any limits before you start.

Read those details before you play.

If you complete a hunt by following its rules, you win a prize in your wallet.

As you win hunts and survive longer, you climb the leaderboard.

Players earn funds in their wallet by completing Play to Earn hunts that follow the rules.

Bonus can pay to enter a hunt. Bonus cannot be withdrawn. Only earned winnings can be sent as USDT on BNB Smart Chain, as described in Payments.

A run may be invalid if you break the hunt rules or the run cannot be completed fairly.

This may include leaving the game, switching tabs, closing the app or browser, changing required screen orientation, losing internet connection, quitting the run, using an unsupported device state, interfering with the game session, or any other action listed in the hunt rules.

If a run is invalid, it will not count as completing the hunt.

All hunt results are subject to verification.

We may review gameplay data, run data, survival time, kills, accuracy, hits taken, device/session data, connection state, input data, and other relevant game events to confirm whether a run is valid.

A displayed result is not final until Gloomhunt confirms the run as valid.

We may delay, reject, cancel, or manually review any run that appears suspicious, incomplete, inconsistent, manipulated, affected by technical issues, or in breach of these Terms.

Leaderboards show how players rank.

We may remove or correct a score if it is invalid or we believe someone cheated.

Play fairly. Do not cheat.

If you find a bug, report it. Do not use it.

Do not harass other players or staff.

We may suspend, restrict, or close your account if you break these Terms, cheat, or cause harm to Gloomhunt or other players.

During a review or suspension, you may lose access to play, leaderboards, Play to Earn hunts, or your wallet.

Gloomhunt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We try to keep Gloomhunt available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, gameplay without errors, or compatibility with every device, browser, or internet connection.

You are responsible for using a stable device, browser, and internet connection before you play.

We are not responsible for losses caused by your device, browser, internet connection, power failure, third-party services, or unsupported use.

Gloomhunt, including its name, logo, design, game systems, code, graphics, user interface, text, sounds, data, and other content, is owned by Tevrik or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use Gloomhunt for its intended purpose.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, licence, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Gloomhunt without written permission.

You are responsible for any names, messages, profile information, or content you submit to Gloomhunt.

You must not use offensive, abusive, misleading, unlawful, hateful, obscene, impersonating, or infringing names or content.

We may edit, remove, restrict, or rename content or player names that breach these Terms.

We collect and use account, gameplay, device, and verification information to operate Gloomhunt, verify results, improve the service, and enforce these Terms.

Gloomhunt accepts and sends money only as USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). We do not accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, or USDT on any other network.

You must link a BNB Smart Chain address that starts with 0x. We check the address before it is saved. You are responsible for giving an address you control.

Wallets and exchanges are outside our control. If you add funds on the wrong network, those funds may not be recoverable.

Gloomhunt may rely on third-party services, including hosting providers, analytics services, payment processors, authentication providers, and other technical services.

We are not responsible for failures, delays, errors, or actions of third-party services outside our control.

We may update, change, pause, remove, replace, or discontinue any part of Gloomhunt at any time.

This includes game features, Play to Earn hunts, leaderboards, rules, and availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gloomhunt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of wallet funds, service interruption, device issues, connection issues, or third-party failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, costs, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Gloomhunt, cheating, unlawful conduct, or violation of another person’s rights.
